The Dakota Room

The Dakota Room is a comfortable lounge style room, accessed from The Hall and the lobby, and also from the Servery via a hatch with a roller shutter. It has 20 armchairs, 5 low tables, and houses the bar. It is suitable for smaller events, informal meetings, and presentations, being fitted with a drop-down projection screen.

The dimensions are 8.70m x 5.15m.

Bar

There is a fully functioning bar in the Dakota Room which the Committee will open by prior arrangement and will stock up appropriately for the function. Although Hirers may offer drinks free of charge to their guests (for which corkage may be charged), they may not run a cash bar themselves.

NEW!  We can now accept card payments for bar purchases, Chip&PIN or contactless.  Note that it is a mobile system and no paper receipt can be issued; you can ask for a receipt by email or SMS.
