Given latest Government advice concerning Social Distancing, minimising travel, and not visiting pubs, restaurants and the like, we expect that many Hirers may wish to cancel forthcoming hall bookings.
The Committee feels obliged in the circumstances to accept free cancellations, and will offer full refunds upon request from Hirers.
If you want to cancel a regular event or class, it must be at least 1 day before the event; I will not accept retrospective cancellations.
For other events, one-off events, parties etc, I shall require 2 weeks notice. If this is a problem please let me know.
As estimates of the duration of this disruption vary from a few months to a year, I am not re-booking for the time being, although I can retain credit for future bookings if you are sure you will wish to re-book eventually.
When normal service resumes, I shall post on this page, or this page may just disappear.
All Regular Events have been cancelled by their respective organisers. Please contact them directly in due course for news of re-booking.
There are no Public Events in the Hall in the near future; the DA Summer Fete has been cancelled.
